FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to a method for producing liquid-boiling starches. Method of producing liquid-boiling starches involves preparation of an aqueous suspension of starch, addition of water to the suspension while heating in a water bath with temperature control. When preparing the starch suspension, prepared water is further used, which is kept in contact with shungite for 3 days.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining liquid-boiling starches using simple technology.
