SUBSTANCE: pressure increasing device (10) forming cylinder device (12) is equipped with first piston (90) and second piston (94), which are connected to each other by rod (96). Posting element (160) installed in second piston (94) is configured to shift from the position of providing the message to the interruption position of the message as a result of bringing element (160) into contact with body (86) of the cylinder, when second piston (94) is displaced in direction of narrowing pressure chamber (88a), and displacement from position of interruption of message to position of provision of message as result of bringing element (160) to communicate with cylinder housing (86) when second piston (94) moves in expansion direction of pressure increasing chamber (88a).
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of power consumption and simplification of design.
