FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used in underground mining of ore deposits with complex distribution of valuable components. Method of underground leaching of ores with explosion-injection preparation involves carrying out of development workings, cleaning excavation, face sorting of ore mass, filling the mined space with ore mass, leaching with reagent solutions. Preliminary selective excavation of rich ores is carried out, which after discharge from chambers is subjected to sorting with separation of the richest piece of ore with further processing at concentration plant. Main sorted part of the rich ore is subject to additional mechanical crushing and, if necessary, pelletizing, impregnation with an active oxidising solution with filling into the mined space. Holding the process pause during which the wells are being drilled with the ore content of valuable components directly adjacent to the contours of the chambers, placing emulsion ES charges prepared on the basis of activated solutions, wherein in axial part of emulsion ES charges - thin-walled tubes with active percarbonate-peroxide solution, and on periphery of charges of emulsion ES - thin-wall tubes with active alkaline solution of sodium chloride. Further successive blasting of emulsion ES charges with short deceleration is performed, at which explosion-injection impregnation of ore sections is performed.
EFFECT: higher extraction of useful components while minimizing extraction of fossil from the interior due to selective extraction of ores with different content of valuable components and their leaching from sorted ores.
