FIELD: heating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in shell-plate heat exchangers and channel blocking plates for plate-type heat exchangers. Heat exchanger comprises casing and multiple heat transfer plates inside casing. Plates form the first cavities connected by fluid to create the first fluid flow path for the first flow of fluid medium. Casing forms the second cavity in which the plates are located and which creates the second flow path for the second flow of fluid medium separated from the first flow path for fluid medium by plates. Heat exchanger contains means for reduction of hazardous bypass flows inside the heat exchanger.
EFFECT: described is a shell-plate heat exchanger and a channel blocking plate for a shell-shaped heat exchanger.
