FIELD: electrical communication engineering.

SUBSTANCE: subject of invention is connection element (1) for electric socket, comprising housing (100) and plate spring (200) installed in this housing, wherein said leaf spring comprises, on first free end (201), two branches (211, 212) configured to compress a contact pin inserted into said connecting member, and at second free end (202) at least one other branch (221, 222) made with possibility to press electric wire to said housing of connecting element, wherein said leaf spring is made in form of a single part from metal tape, part (210) of which, located on its first free end, comprises longitudinal section (210A) separating said two branches, made with possibility to compress contact pin, wherein said housing forms, on one side, seat (110), into which enters at least said second free end of plate spring, and on the other side, receiving cell. According to the invention, this housing (100) comprises two flanges (101, 102), each of which passes in longitudinal direction of connecting element and has flat part (111, 112) partially limiting said seat (110), and curved part (123, 124), partially limiting said receiving cell (120), wherein said leaf spring (200) is configured to interact with said flanges of housing (100) so as to limit separation of bent portions (123, 124) limiting the receiving cell.
