FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building. Damper contains the internal casing forming with a radial gap. Grooves are made on case inner surface and inner case outer surface. Elastic ring is installed in the cavity formed with blind cylindrical grooves. At least two annular grooves are made on both sides of blind cylindrical grooves. Annular sealing elastic elements are installed in annular grooves. Inner casing comprises flange at cavity level for direct connection with bearing. There is a hole in the internal housing in the cavity for installation of a pin with interference. On one of ledges of outer surface of resilient ring on the side of end face there is a through radial slot. One and two circumferential grooves are alternately made on each ledge of resilient ring. In the gap between each nearby ledges, there are at least two through holes. Holes are offset relative to each other in circumferential direction and located at a distance from the zone of effect of bending stresses in the elastic ring.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing overall vibration level and increasing turbomachine life as a whole.
