METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-BARREL WELL Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC E21B7/08 E21B29/06

Abstract RU 2742087 C1

FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely, to construction of oil and gas well clusters for operation of productive formation. Method includes lowering into casing string in required interval of pipe string, on end of which there is deflector, cutting of casing string, serial formation along perimeter of casing string of technological channels in productive formation of required length by means of flexible pipe with hermetically connected nozzle at end, through which fluid is supplied under pressure, successively by means of deflector turn forming along perimeter a row of process channels, which are made with possibility to install filters on flexible tube, which are interconnected by flexible joints. Lower filter is rigidly connected to nozzle, and upper one is equipped with packer from outside, after formation of each process channel and input of all its filters with flexible joints by packer, overlapping annular section between upper filter and process channel, flexible pipe is disconnected from filters with flexible joints and with a nozzle and removed from the well, then the flexible pipe is equipped with similar filters with flexible joints and with a nozzle and the next process channel is formed. Deflector is lowered in two stages; at the first stage, an anchor device is lowered on the pipe string with the internal guide branch pipe, which is made with the possibility of fixation below the interval of the casing string opening, which is performed for each channel before each descent of the flexible pipe by the milling head. Guide nozzle tightly fixed in the pipe string is equipped with four radial channels located at one level and combined with radial channels of the pipe string, and longitudinal stops. At the second stage, the deflector is lowered on the production tubing before installation into the guide branch pipe until it stops. Deflector is made with two diametrically opposite outlets tightly aligned in extreme positions with a pair of radial channels of the guide bushing, and two outer longitudinal recesses configured to interact with longitudinal stops in extreme positions when turning through selected angle, after lowering, tubing is turned in one of sides until interaction of samples with stops of guide branch pipe, allowing to build a pair of oppositely directed channels. After extraction of flexible pipe, tubing is turned to the other side until it stops for construction of a pair of channels with filters, which prior to lowering above packer, are equipped with integral flexible pipe for length, excluding mutual flows between channels. Whole pipe is equipped with at least one packer installed at the inlet into the appropriate channel after installation of the filter, and the upper collet lock eliminating tightening of the filter in the well at pressure drop. Prior to lowering to the well, the pipe string is equipped from the outside with a packer swelling under the action of liquid reagents for well space sealing outside the pipe string.

EFFECT: method of constructing a multi-barrel well is disclosed.
