FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to image processing. Image processing unit includes an encoder configured to receive blurry image data and form a global feature image presentation, a combination unit configured to combine a global feature representation and blur information, a decoder configured to generate a feature tensor, as well as weight tensors, a recurrent enhancement unit configured to perform recurrent filtering of features, and an image reconstruction module configured to reconstruct the blurred image. Image processing unit is configured to estimate the global image shift and activate or deactivate the recurrent enhancement unit based on said estimate.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the complexity of processing images, increasing its speed and improving the quality of the resulting image.
