FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle chassis. The chassis for industrial vehicle has an axle beam and a suspension arm mounted installed with the possibility to rotate on the
chassis. The brake bracket has a fixing section in the form of a clip. A clip is a component of the arm. The arm relies on the outer side of the beam by at least one rough support surface. The support is carried out by two supporting planks which are formed on the clip and are made in the direction of the beam and run in the longitudinal direction of the beam. The inner side of the clip is also equipped with a rough support surface. The roughing consists of a surface structure formed by treatment of the support surface with a beam method, a pulsed solid-state laser having an impulse energy of a maximum 80 MJ. The support surface is formed inside the clip, is distributed across the part of the beam perimeter and has a curved inner side. The support bars are located in different circuit sections of the clip and are separated from each other by circuit sections without support beams.
EFFECT: achieved is a reliable transfer of work forces from one side of chassis to the other.
