FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: external rotor of magnetoelectric machine with low level of heating of permanent magnets consists of hollow cylindrical shaft, inside of which magnetic conductor of rotor is installed. On inner surface of rotor magnetic core permanent magnets are placed, which in radial direction have two layers: internal, located in close proximity to non-magnetic gap, and external, located in close proximity to magnetic conductor of rotor. Inner layer is made of high-temperature permanent magnets, and outer layer is made from higher-coercive but less resistant to high temperatures permanent magnets. Inner and outer layers of permanent magnets are divided into sectors in axial direction, besides, number of sectors of inner layer is more than twice more than number of sectors of outer layer. Between sectors and layers of permanent magnets there is a compound with low heat conductivity. On inner surface of inner layer of permanent magnets there is non-electroconductive band.
EFFECT: improving reliability, energy efficiency and efficiency by 1-2%.
