Diver bell comprises body, inlet and outlet hatch, medical lock, equipment and systems to provide accommodation and life activities of divers. Diving bell comprises a protective frame fixed on the outer side of the body surface. Outer surface of the body is coated with a network of pipelines and a layer of porous permeable water with a synthetic sponge. At that, equipment and systems for provision of accommodation and life activity of divers include water heater connected to pipeline network.
EFFECT: higher safety and improved heat insulation of the diving bell's structure.
