FIELD: weapons.

SUBSTANCE: small-sized remote electroshock weapon has a non-conductive body with a pocket for a firing cartridge with low-voltage initiation and throwable conductors and a pyrotechnic device for unlocking the cartridge from the body of the weapon located in the firing cartridge, a source of electrical energy, a generator of high-voltage damaging impulses with an electric switch to start it. The weapon has a movable, mechanical safety-trigger element that is controlled by the finger of the hand holding the weapon. The element interacts with an electric switch for starting the generator of high-voltage damaging impulses and an additional electrical switch for initiating the firing cartridge. There is a safety lock that obstructs the movement of the safety-trigger element during its unauthorized movement and fixes the firing cartridge in the body during a shot. There is a latch for fixing the firing cartridge in the body which is controlled by a user's hand holding the weapon.

EFFECT: small-sized remote electroshock weapon can demonstrate an electrospark discharge and produce a contact effect in a charged firing cartridge state. The weapon is characterized by the possibility of accelerated reloading. The invention increases safety in use.
