SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for monitoring and managing the quality of electrical energy in industrial power regions of 6-220 kV. The system has an interconnected unit for sequential disconnection of connections, a unit for sequential activation of connections, a unit for determining the modes of an electrical network, an analysis unit, a unit for storing simulation results and selecting a control option, a unit for providing (blocking) control actions, while the unit for determining modes of an electrical network is made with the ability to determine and fix indicators of the quality of electrical energy. The unit for providing (blocking) control actions has an input/output designed to inform the duty personnel of the energy district about the actions of the monitoring and control system for the quality of electrical energy as well as to implement manual blocking of the monitoring and control system for the quality of electrical energy by the duty personnel of the energy district. The units for sequential disconnection and activation of connections are combined into a unit of control actions.

EFFECT: automation of monitoring and control of electrical energy quality.
