ADSORPTION-OXIDIZING METHOD FOR RECULTIVATION OF OIL-CONTAMINATED NATURAL SOILS AND INDUSTRIAL OIL SLUDGES Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC B09C1/08

Abstract RU 2744375 C1

FIELD: environmental protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technological methods of utilization and reclamation of oil-contaminated economic land and industrial waste. In the adsorptive-oxidative method of reclamation of oil-contaminated natural soils and technogenic oil sludge, including the introduction of bentonite clay and an inert sorbent into the contaminated soil, an oxygen compound is additionally introduced into the oil-contaminated soil, bentonite clay is introduced in the form of an aqueous gel, and its lithological structure contains a natural catalyst with the following ratio of components,% wt .: original oil-contaminated soil or oil sludge - 40-99; water gel of bentonite clay - 0.5-30; oxygenic compound - 0.5-15; inert sorbent - 0-30. As catalysts for the destruction of oxygenic compounds, iron (II) oxide and / or manganese (II) oxide can be used, the total content of which in the bentonite clay used should be at least 0.4% by weight. As an oxygenic compound, a 3-50% aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide and / or powdered hydrogen peroxide compounds: hydroperite and / or sodium percarbonate can be used. The applied aqueous gel of bentonite clay can contain different volumetric ratios of water / bentonite, lying in the range of 10 / 90-99.9 / 0.1. The following granular and / or dispersed materials can be used as an inert sorbent: kaolinite and / or aluminosilicate and / or serpentinite and / or palygorskite and / or flask and / or zeolite and / or sandstone and / or carbonate calcium and / or peat and / or activated carbon and / or fly ash and / or sawdust and / or sapropel.

EFFECT: complete chemical oxidative destruction of polluting hydrocarbon compounds, as a result of which the original oil-contaminated soil becomes environmentally safe and suitable for the development of natural biogeocenoses.
