FIELD: gas turbine engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in gas turbine engine building, in particular in automatic control systems for reversing devices of aircraft gas turbine engines. A fail-safe electromechanical control system for the reversing device of a gas turbine engine contains electronic engine controller (3), electronic control unit (4) of the reversing device, at least two electromechanical drives (5.1), (5.2), two sets of sensors (5.3), (5.4), and duplicated electrical communication lines. Electronic controller (3) has at least two electronic control channels (3.1), (3.2) with the possibility of exchanging information between these channels and issuing control commands to open or close the reversing device by each channel. Electronic control unit (4) of the reversing device has at least two electronic control channels (4.1), (4.2) with the possibility of exchanging information between these channels. Electronic control unit (4) is connected to electromechanical drives (5.1), (5.2), and position sensor sets (5.3), (5.4). In the event of both channels (3.1), (3.2) of electronic engine controller (3) failing, electronic control unit (4) of the reversible device issues a control command to electromechanical drive (5.1), (5.2) to move movable elements (6.1), (6.2) of the reversing device in a predetermined safe position. Each channel (3.1), (3.2) of electronic engine controller (3) is connected to corresponding channel (4.1), (4.2) of electronic control unit (4). Electronic control unit (4) additionally contains module (4.3) of integrated control of the electronic control unit with the possibility of issuing an output signal about the correct or faulty state of each channel (4.1), (4.2) of the electronic control unit, which is fed to both channels (3.1), (3.2) of the electronic controller. The control command is issued from electronic controller (3) to electronic control unit (4) to transfer the reversing device from the closed position to the open position only if both channels (3.1), (3.2) of the electronic controller are operable and if at least one channel (4.1) or (4.2) of the electronic control unit is operable. The transition of the reversing device from the open position to the closed position is performed when at least one channel (3.1) or (3.2) of the electronic controller is operable and at least one channel (4.1) or (4.2) of the electronic control unit is operable.
EFFECT: increased failure safety of the electromechanical control system of the reversing device and the engine as a whole.
