FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: grain harvester with a stripper header comprises a stripper header, an inclined conveyor, a receiving beater, a transport board, a purification grid, a purification fan, a grain silo, a grain hopper and an elevator for feeding grain into the hopper. Behind the receiving beater above the transport board, a planar conveyor and rolls are additionally arranged, with the grinding plates secured thereon. The latter are made of elastic material and are arranged along screw lines, the direction of which is opposite for neighbouring rolls. The rollers are mounted above the planar conveyor so as to be able to adjust the gap between the slats of the rollers and the planar conveyor and have a drive via a reduction gear. The latter shall rotate all rolls in the direction of the planar conveyor bars, increases the rotational speed of the subsequent roll compared to the rotational speed of the previous roll and ensures the linear velocity of the first roll is greater than the linear velocity of the planks of transporter. In addition, an additional ramp board with a forward inclination is mounted under the planar conveyor. The latter connects the section where the ground bread mass of the planar conveyor is cut to the starting part of the transport board. The number of rolls above the transport board shall not be less than two. The gap between the slats of the rollers and the planed conveyor is adjusted according to the removed culture with substantially different sizes of their grains or seeds.

EFFECT: invention enables improving quality of grain harvesting and the productivity of the harvester.
