FIELD: plastic profiled elements.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for sealing plastic profiled elements. The device has a casing (6) and retaining tools of a plastic shaped element (P) having a first main side (2), a second main side (3), a first lateral side (4), a second lateral side (5) and corresponding areas (Z) for sealing. In this case, the retaining tools are connected to the base casing (6) and comprise a first support element (7) made with the ability to move along the first sliding direction (A), and a second support element (8) mounted on the first support element (7) and made with the ability to move relative to it along the second direction (B) sliding across the first direction (A) sliding. In this case, the main sides (2, 3) are made with the possibility of coming into contact with the supporting elements (7, 8), respectively. On the base casing (6) there is a heat-sealing element (11) with a heating plate, which has two mutually opposite surfaces, on which contact areas (Z) for sealing to be heated can be placed. Between the base casing (6) and the retaining tools, sliding tools of the retaining tools are arranged, designed to move the profiled elements (P) between the position of reciprocating retraction and the position of mutual approach, in which the heated areas (Z) are connected together for sealing. The supporting elements (7, 8) are linked with placement tools, designed to receive and maintain a part of one of the specified lateral sides (4, 5). Supporting tools are movably connected to the holding tools, made with the possibility of holding the profiled elements (P) in a fixing configuration, in which one of the main sides (2, 3) is kept in contact with one of the supporting elements (7, 8) and one of the said lateral sides (4, 5) is in contact with the placement tools. In this case, in the fixing configuration, the fixing means are made with the possibility of preventing the rotation of the shaped elements (P) around the longitudinal axis of the shaped elements themselves.
EFFECT: quality of welded joints of plastic profiled elements improvement.
