The brake cylinder of a vehicle contains a cylinder and a parking brake piston, a spring for setting a vehicle on the parking brake, a parking brake piston located in the parking brake piston groove, and a rod rigidly connected to the parking brake piston and transmitting the force of the spring or the parking brake piston to the vehicle brake.

EFFECT: invention simplifies the design by ensuring the movement of the rod both when one brakes a vehicle and when one releases the brake without the use of additional elements. The invention ensures the exclusion of additional sealing and the tightness of the rod cavity of the stopping brake cylinder.
