FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry and can be used to reduce the excess gas pressure in the annulus of production wells operated by screw pump installations. The automatic device for bypassing the annular gas into the tubing string contains a body fixed to the tubing string, a check ball valve, a hydraulic channel with a central constriction, a sucker rod string equipped with a flow diverter in the form of a cylindrical thickening having a travel fit to the body walls. The check ball valve is located on the opposite side of the hydraulic channel with a central narrowing in diameter and its discharge is connected to the hydraulic channel by an annular groove. The flow diverter has a length that exceeds the length of the channel made in the upper part of the housing, and the inner diameter of the housing is greater than the diameter of the pump screw.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability and efficiency of automatic bypassing annular gas in order to reduce annular pressure in wells operated by surface-driven screw pump installations while simplifying the design of the device.
