FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemistry of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds, namely to derivatives of unsymmetrical triazinediones, which can be used in agriculture. A growth-stimulating agent for pre-sowing seed treatment is proposed, containing as an active ingredient 3-mercapto-1,2,4-triazinone-5 of the formula:

where R-СН3 (1), С6Н5 (2).
EFFECT: proposed growth-stimulating agent for pre-sowing seed treatment provides increased productivity of agricultural crops, reflected in increased length and weight of seedlings and the plants themselves at low processing concentrations.
