SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to rocket and space technology. The method of descent of the stage accelerator (SA) of the launch vehicle (LV) in case of emergency shutdown of the liquid rocket engine (ESE) to the specified area of fall is based on stabilization of the US. Traffic control is performed by dumping gasification products from fuel and oxidizer tanks through a regulated gas reactive system (GRS). Before launching the LV, variants of the program for controlling the operation of onboard systems and the movement of the SA of the lower and upper stages, respectively, SAl and SAu, are calculated. When the SAl and / or SAu reaches an altitude of about 5 km, a controlled opening of the fuel tanks is provided. The device for implementing the method includes a control and navigation system, a fuel compartment, a gasification system for liquid fuel residues. In addition, it includes a gas-reactive dump system in each fuel tank, an electrical connection between the control systems of the SAl and SAu, and a system for forced closing of the drain valves on command from the control system.
EFFECT: reduced technogenic impact on the environment.
