FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to radial piston hydraulic machines. The piston (1) with a roller (120) is designed to receive a roller (120) and slide in the cylinder (2) along the sliding axis (С-С'). The piston (1) contains a body (110) having a guide surface (111), the upper part (110a) having a saddle-shaped recess (112) along the trunnion (R-R'), designed to receive the roller (120). The saddle (112) has a divergent edge, that is, it covers an angle less than 180° along the trunnion (RR), at least one centering element (130), which forms an axial stop for the roller (120) and is designed to maintain the axial centering of the roller (120) in the saddle (112) on the trunnion (RR). In the piston (1) in the body (110), at least one specified centering element (130) and the upper part (110a) are the only part made in one piece, and the centering element (130) has such a shape or is equipped with such means as to limit the contact surface with the roller.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the process of manufacturing and use.
