SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction equipment, namely, to devices and instruments for mounting horizontal surfaces of embedded equipment to the wall in wet areas, such as bathtubs, sinks, bathroom countertops, shower trays, kitchen countertops, etc. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the device for mounting horizontal surfaces to the room wall contains an upper and lower profile. The upper profile has a stepped shape with the formation of upper and lower horizontal shelves and upper and lower vertical walls. The upper vertical wall and upper horizontal shelf form a corner designed to be placed on the upper part of the end face of the mounted horizontal surface, in which the gasket is installed. The lower profile has internal and external vertical walls, a horizontal shelf placed between them, fixed with a screw with the lower horizontal shelf of the upper profile, and a protruding horizontal shelf forming a corner with an external vertical wall, designed to place on it the lower part of the end face of the horizontal fixed surface in which the gasket is installed. The protruding horizontal shelf of the lower profile and the upper horizontal shelf of the upper profile are located at an angle of 20-30° to each other.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at providing a rigid and hermetic mounting of the ends of the horizontal surfaces along the entire perimeter of fitting to the wall, eliminating vertical and horizontal displacements and, with partial compensation for wall irregularities, reducing vibration and noise, eliminating leaks, reducing the formation of fungus, mold and a more aesthetic appearance of baths, shower trays and other devices.
