SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of determining the amount of macrosatellite repeats on each of the alleles in the genome, involving recovering genomic DNA in agarose blocks, processing restriction endonucleases of genomic DNA samples in agarose blocks, separation of restricted genomic DNA and molecular weight marker by horizontal pulsed electrophoresis in agarose gel, coloring, photodocumentation of agar gel after electrophoresis pulses, fragmentation of agarose gel tracks containing samples of restricted genomic DNA obtained after pulse electrophoresis, in accordance with molecular weight marker lengths, quantitative PCR formulation with a specific pair of primers with agarose gel fragments as PCR matrices, analyzing quantitative PCR data for the detection of agarose gel fragments containing the maximum number of target sequences, correlation of agarose gel fragments with maximum number of target sequences with lengths of molecular weight marker from photo, obtained after photodocumentation, to determine number of target repeating sequences.

EFFECT: invention provides a simpler and more economical method of determining the amount of macrosatellite repeat sequences of the genome, particularly those associated with developing a hereditary pathology.
