FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment. The high frequency fatigue machine consists of a frame (1), an electric motor (2), a drive shaft mechanism (3), a load connecting rod mechanism (4), a load block (5), a spring bar clamp structure (6), a protective cover (7), and a table top of the frame (8). The specified drive shaft mechanism (3) includes a small belt pulley (21), a camshaft (31), a large belt pulley (33) and a cam (34) on the motor output shaft (2). The small pulley (21) and the large belt pulley (33) are connected by a toothed belt. A large belt pulley (33) and a cam (34) are mounted on the camshaft (31). The load connecting rod (4) contacts the cam (34), the other end of the load connecting rod (4) is connected to the load block (5), and the load block (5) is connected to the spring bar test sample (62) mounted on the base structure spring bar clamp (6). When used, the starting motor (2) drives the small belt pulley (21) on the output shaft to rotate, thereby driving the large belt pulley (33), the camshaft (31) and the cam (34) to rotate, the cam (34) drives the load connecting rod mechanism (4) into a high-frequency cyclic motion, and a high-frequency pulse is generated through the loading unit (5) for a spring bar sample (62) mounted on the base structure of the spring bar clamp (6).
EFFECT: ability to simulate high-frequency dynamic fatigue load according to the response frequency of the actual application of spring bars with a machine load output frequency of up to 5000 Hz, while the machine is safe and easy to observe.
