FIELD: heat power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for generating heat by burning liquid hydrocarbon waste in a flameless mode. The heat generator has a housing thermally insulated from the outside, formed by vertical coaxial steel cylinders of different diameters, the space between which is plugged in the upper and lower parts, three air injectors, an ignition element, a gas outlet pipe, the upper part of which is located outside the housing and communicated with the atmosphere to remove flue gases. In the lower part, the cylinder of a larger diameter is equipped with an inlet pipe for supplying the coolant, and in the upper part - with an outlet pipe for removing the coolant, the bottom of the body is closed by the end plate. A fuel injector in form of a steel tube with slotted perforations for spraying fuel is installed inside the housing, plugged from the top and connected to the fuel supply line with the possibility of regulating the flow rate of liquid fuel. Three air injectors in form of steel tubes, are plugged from above, with slot-like perforations facing the fuel injector, and connected through a valve to the compressor device with possibility of adjusting the air flow rate, while the interior space is filled with a backfill in form of a porous non-metallic material. Two coaxial metal cylinders of different diameters, forming the body, are made with flanges with holes around the circumference for bolted connection with the end plate and the lid; a metal bowl is placed inside the smaller cylinder with a gap, into which a cylindrical metal frame is inserted, wrapped on the outside with a metal mesh. Air injectors are inserted through holes in the end plate and in the bowl and are located close to the inner surface of the frame at an equal distance from each other. Parts of the air injectors protruding from the bowl are made with slot-like uniform perforations so that the perforations of each air injector are displaced by the same pitch from top to bottom relative to the perforations of the next air injector. The fuel injector is inserted through a hole in the center of the bottom and bowl and in the part protruding above the bowl is made with two slot-like perforations directed in opposite directions, below which a washer is put on. The two ignition elements are equidistant from the fuel injector. Through the central hole in the cover, a gas outlet is inserted, the flange of which is connected to the flange of the body. The part of the gas outlet pipe, located inside the housing, is made with three evenly spaced perforations of an elongated oval shape around the circumference and is plugged above the fuel injector. The free space of the bowl is filled with a solid non-metallic material in form of a corresponding solid cylinder with holes for injectors and ignition elements, above which the space inside the frame, not occupied by structural elements, is filled with backfill in form of a porous non-metallic material.
EFFECT: expansion of the range of technical means.
