FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular, to permanent magnet DC motors using a solar photovoltaic generator to power electrical windings. The solar electromagnetic motor has a rotor, a photoelectric generator of switched solar cells with p-n junctions, connected to electric coils, a stator, a permanent magnet, n electric coils are installed on the edge of the rotor disk, n = 1, 2, 3 ... m natural series of numbers, axes of symmetry electric coils are perpendicular to the plane of the disk, permanent magnets are installed in pairs with a gap of 2n on the stator opposite each coil, where n = 1, 2, 3 ... m is a natural row of numbers, in each pair of magnets the planes of the sides containing the north and south poles are parallel to each other and radius of the disk and are oriented to each other by opposite poles with a gap between the magnets of 1 - 6 mm, one of the sides of each rotor coil is installed in the gap between the magnets in each pair of magnets, the height of the rotor coils is 0.5 - 3 mm less than the gap between the magnets, the photovoltaic generator is installed on the rotor and connected through a diode, a capacitor and a pulse switching device and with electric rotor coils, the pulse switching device contains a sensor for monitoring the position of the rotor coil in the gap of the stator magnets and a switch for supplying pulsed current and voltage to the electric rotor coils from a photovoltaic generator. The invention includes the second embodiment of the motor.
EFFECT: technical result consists in a more complete use of the energy of solar cells and an increase in their voltage, as well as in reducing energy losses on the resistance of the rotor and sliding contacts to the rotor.
