FIELD: exploring dusty surfaces.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the means of exploring dusty surfaces, it can be used to simulate the aerodynamic effect on materials capable of dusting, as well as to test various means and methods of dust suppression in conditions that simulate real ones. The wind tunnel for exploring dusty surfaces, including an exhaust fan, an air supply pipe, a table for test samples, a means of measuring the dust concentration, is additionally equipped with an air extraction pipe. Both pipes are made in the form of a circular pipe on one axis; they are supported by wheel supports with a stopper, and are movably connected to each other by a frame through movable guides. On the pipes, fasteners are installed for tight fixation with each other. On the air supply pipe with the possibility of removal, a removable supply fan and a meteorological meter are fixed; and damping screens and removable adjustable deflectors are installed inside it. In the pipe, there is a hole in which a background dust intake device is installed, which is connected to the dust meter. On the air extraction pipe with the possibility of removal, an exhaust fan and a dust meter are fixed. In the pipe, there is a hole in which a measured dust intake device is installed, which is connected to the dust meter. In the middle between the pipes, a table for test samples is rigidly fixed on adjustable supports, and a scale with the possibility of locking with clamps is rigidly fixed to the frame under it.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of determining the parameters of the removal of dust particles.
