A film fastening assembly is proposed, comprising a holder with a profiled groove provided with a bottom, retaining and locking walls, as well as a jamming element made tape-like with the possibility of free placement in the groove and containing a retaining and locking edge in the profile. The retaining engagement is made in form of engagement of the retaining edge with the retaining wall with full or partial placement of the jamming element inside the groove, and the locking engagement is made in form of engagement of the locking edge with the locking wall with full or partial placement of the jamming element inside the groove. The jamming element fully or partially in the profile is made with possibility of elastic deformation, the locking engagement is made with possibility of uncoupling with elastic deformation of the jamming element, and the retaining engagement is made with possibility of preventing its uncoupling in the absence of deformation and with elastic deformation of the jamming element before the release of the locking engagement.
