SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, namely, to methods and devices for converting the kinetic energy of a wind flow into mechanical energy of rotation. The active wing of the wind generator is proposed, in which a horizontal power beam is mounted on the power take-off shaft. At the end of the beam, a controlled vertical wing is mounted movably from 0 to 360 degrees, made in cross-section in the form of a biconvex symmetrical profile. With a gap in the rear edge of the wing, a rotary rudder is mounted. The distance l from the front edge of the wing to the rear edge of the rudder is less than the distance between the wing axis and the power take-off shaft on the power beam L. The maximum number of wings mounted on the power take-off shaft is determined by the ratio 2πL/l. The rudder is controlled by the traction controlled by control unit. To control the position of the wing, in its lower part and on the power beam, sensors are mounted facing each other.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of the wind generator.
