FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for hermetically separating the inter-pillar space during technological operations in oil and gas wells. A downhole tool with an equalization valve consists of a case, which is a hollow cylinder with an upper blind end, the position of which is fixed inside the downhole tool. The case has at least one through hole in the wall forming the cylindrical surface, into which from the side of the lower open end the rod is inserted, which is a hollow cylinder that can move axially in the case within limits and which is hermetically sealed along the inner surface of the case. In one position of the rod, the through hole in the case is open to communicate the external and internal spaces of the valve, in another position, the external and internal spaces of the valve are separated by sealing elements. The case and the rod are each connected to their own part of the inter-pillar downhole space, separated by the tool, which is two sealing units containing at least one cup-shaped sealing element, deployed towards each other to hold the liquid medium between them. In the central part of the tool, at least one hole is made for the output of the liquid medium pumped from the surface along the pipe pillar. Located between the lower sealing unit and the liquid outlet hole, at least one hole connects the outer surface of the tool to the inner cavity communicating with the hole in the valve case located inside the lower part of the lower sealing unit. The mechanical armature keeps the tool from shifting downwards when the valve is closed by the axial movement of the pipe pillar.

EFFECT: technical result is simplification of the tool design and elimination of the effect of plunging during descent and ascent.
