SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for remote control of machines, and in particular to control systems for small-sized aircraft. Rockets with onboard equipment also include pyrotechnic batteries to power it. With this scheme for starting the booster engine, there is no unequivocal certainty that the onboard batteries of the rocket have entered the mode, which in turn can lead to the loss of the rocket. The device for generating a signal to start the booster engine has the first and second comparison devices, the first and second reference voltage generators, a decreasing voltage generator, the first, second and third switches, an AND element and an OR element, a matching device, a logical unit signal driver, a pulse shaper, the first and the second inputs, the output terminal, an additionally introduced current stabilizer, the third comparator, the third reference voltage driver, the third input and the second AND element.

EFFECT: initialization of the electric igniter of the booster engine is carried out by a current-stabilized pulse and when the on-board battery enters the mode, which increases the reliability of the system.
