FIELD: steam boilers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of horizontal fire-tube and water-tube combined boilers. Steam heating boiler includes a cylindrical housing with a flame tube placed in it, in front part of which there is a boiler furnace, and behind it in the direction of gases – a convective beam of vertical boiling pipes. To the boiler housing, made in the form of a cylindrical shell with a bottom, a ring is welded to which the end face sheet is attached, and eccentric to boiler body is welded to flame tube with horizontal recirculating gas duct, in which vertical boiling pipes are welded. Tail part of circulating gas duct is made in form of slotted channel with cylindrical walls located coaxially to boiler housing and welded to end face sheet, and the flame tube is closed by a removable shield fixed on the end face sheet, with a gas burner fixed on the shield, a steam superheater and an air heater.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of boiler with increased heat capacity.
