FIELD: centrifugal screens assembly.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to centrifugal screens assembly, namely to an improved centrifugal screen assembly for using in screw sieving machines. The screen (10) assembly for a horizontal screening machine is characterized by the presence of a screen deck (12), which expands axially from the loading end (13). The section (15) in form of a base wall provides for the installation of the screen deck (12) for rotation and contains eight essentially radial ribs (16). The section (21) in form of an annular wall is located next to the inner end (13) and contains drainage channels (24) configured for drainage of breaks in the binding layer, which contains a moisture-resistant polyurethane sealant/adhesive and is located above section (21) in form of an annular wall. Wear-resistant elements (26) based on tungsten carbide contain many holes (27) passing through the wear surface to the bond surface. The voids (32) formed in the intermittent binding layer (31) provide a hydraulic connection between the holes (27) and drainage channels (24). The replaceable screening element (33) is attached to the ring frame (22) and the outer ring frame (36) of the screen deck (12) with the possibility of removal.

EFFECT: less intensive wear, as well as lower spending on maintenance and routine repair.
