The described result is achieved by the fact that in the event of failure of the target master unit and the target slave unit, the proxy server receives a previously stored permanent file from the target slave unit, the target slave unit stores a backup copy of the cached data cached in the target master unit and a permanent file generated based on the cached data in the target slave unit, a non-failed target master unit is deployed based on the permanent file; and a target slave unit corresponding with the non-failed target master unit is deployed.

EFFECT: technical result consists in restoring a "master/slave" system to a normal operating state after a failure of the target master unit and the target slave unit.
