SUBSTANCE: siphon contains a siphon case that sets a chamber for shutter water. The chamber has at least one inlet and at least one outlet. The siphon has a membrane element movable between the closed position and the open position, which is located in the siphon so that it closes the specified at least one chamber outlet in the closed position, and releases the specified at least one chamber outlet in the open position. The siphon case defines a drain space that communicates with the specified at least one chamber outlet when the membrane element is in the open position. The drain space at least partially surrounds the specified at least one chamber outlet, and the specified at least one inlet forms an inlet channel, which, when viewed in the mounting position, has an upper end open to the environment and extends down into the lower chamber area. The inlet channel at least partially surrounds the drain space or the drain space at least partially surrounds the specified inlet channel. There is a removable cover on the siphon case, which defines the upper part of the drain space. The cover has at least one guide element on which the specified membrane element is movably mounted. The guide element is made in the form of continuation or recess, which interacts with recess or, respectively, continuation of the membrane element. The spillway contains a drain case, which includes a pipe for connecting to the channel. The drain case sets the cup-shaped mounting space in which the above-mentioned siphon is located.

EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in the structural height of the siphon while maintaining sufficient throughput, keeping sewer gases from passing through the siphon, as well as reducing the suction of shutter water at reduced pressure in the sewer system.
