SUBSTANCE: hybrid aeronautical vehicle designed for off-road, water and air movement includes an electric car with all-terrain wheels, a quadcopter and gas tanks that create lift together with aircraft engines of the quadcopter. Gas tanks are made in the form of bellows changing the gas volume by means of tension devices. An electric car bottom is made in the form of a waterfowl vessel bottom, which improves the vehicle movement in water. Reserve gas tanks of excessive pressure are located at the electric car bottom. Electric car wheels have a rim and a disk made of aluminum, as well as tires filled with light gas.
