FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of manufacturing reinforced concrete products, namely to cassette units for manufacturing panels of prefabricated reinforced concrete multistoried buildings. The unit for forming curvilinear walls consists of several vertical heat shields made in form of spatial elements, curvilinear in plan, with an outer convex surface and an inner concave surface consisting of frames, lined with steel sheet on all sides, the combination whereof defines a forming cavity. A flat metal sheet installed on a plate serves as the support and the lower edge of the elements therein. Installed on the outer convex side of each spatial element are vibrators, locks for interconnecting adjacent spatial elements, and lugs for gripping the spatial elements during movement on the metal sheet using hydraulic jacks and rods, alternately connected with the heat shields for assembly and form removal. Side board elements are attached on the inner concave side of the spatial element, and a heater is installed in each spatial element.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of forming vertical walls, curvilinear in plan, simplified design of cassettes and reduced metal consumption thereof.
