FIELD: engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines. An internal combustion engine for an automobile, particularly, for an industrial automobile, has a cylinder head, particularly, a single-cylinder cylinder head or a multi-cylinder cylinder head. The engine also comprises a crankcase and a cylinder head sealing (16), particularly, a single-cylinder head sealing or a multi-cylinder head sealing. The sealing (16) is located between the cylinder head and the crankcase. The cylinder head (12), the cylinder head sealing (16) and the crankcase form a sealing area for sealing at least one combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine. A first recess (28A) is made within the sealing area and at a distance from the combustion chamber. The first recess (28A) constitutes a bolt hole or a closed mould core hole. A first duct (30A) for escaping gas is provided. The first duct (30A) extends from the first recess (28A) to the first surface (32A) open to the environment of the internal combustion engine and/or to the air relief duct of the internal combustion engine. The first duct (30A) for escaping gas is made in form of a depression. Disclosed are a cylinder head sealing, a cylinder head, a crankcase for an internal combustion engine, an automobile, and a method for discharge of escaping gas.
EFFECT: technical result is increased operational reliability of the sealing.
