SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of communications. To achieve the effect, a method is proposed, which includes organizing the ability for users with the help of their devices to control the transmission of information for communication and confirm the transmission of such information by a user who can be contacted using the above communication information, while the user devices are not allowed to use the information for communication that was obtained by means that did not provide for confirmation of the user who can be contacted using this information.
