FIELD: dosing mechanisms.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to dosing device (10) or system for dosing set of tablets (1), each of which contains at least one active ingredient for automatic washing process, in an automatic washing machine. The dosing device or system are designed for dosing one or more but not all of set of tablets (1) at a time in the automatic washing machine. Dosing device (10) or system contain container (12) for storing a set of tablets. The container contains outlet hole (14), output channel for feeding one or more tablets from the container to the automatic washing machine, and dosing mechanism (20) located between the outlet hole of the container and the output channel, which moves between the first position, in which one or more tablets are received from the outlet hole of the container, and the second position, in which one or more tablets are fed in the output channel. The dosing device or system additionally contain mixing mechanism (40) protruding from dosing mechanism (20) for mixing preferably at least one tablet nearby the outlet hole. The dosing device or system are designed for dosing only one tablet at a time.
