SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated systems for detecting events accompanied by the occurrence of acoustic and/or seismic oscillations, and alerting the control body (dispatcher) about these events by means of an SMS message. The claimed invention is comprised of a seismic receiver in form of a geophone, a microcontroller, a power source, a personal computer (PC), an alert system, a first acoustic sensor, autonomous power sources, a second acoustic sensor, a 3-axial accelerometer, an apparatus opening sensor, a third acoustic sensor, a GSM module, an external antenna of the GSM module, all of the components of the equipment of the apparatus are placed in a single dust-and-moisture-protected body ensuring the operation of the apparatus under any weather conditions.

EFFECT: creation of a fully autonomous apparatus for remote monitoring of occurrence of events.
