SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to filtering bags of vacuum cleaners. The apparatus is comprised of a bag wall and a holding plate connected thereto. The wall comprises a film area including a first sub-area wherein the bag wall is formed exclusively by a plastic film or wherein the plastic film forms the outer layer of the bag wall, and a second sub-area wherein the plastic film is overlapped with an element (3) made of a nonwoven material. The holding plate is connected with the plastic film and the element (3) made of a nonwoven material by welding. The element (3) comprises a connecting piece (11, 12) connected with a part of the bag wall surrounding the film area. The element (3) comprises a through hole located concentrically relative to the through hole in the plastic film and to the through hole in the holding plate. The element (3) comprises an annular area (10) surrounding the through hole and connected with the part of the bag wall surrounding the film area by means of a connecting piece (11, 12).

EFFECT: efficient and reliable technology for manufacturing a filtering bag is provided.
