FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology, and can be used for the treatment of trophic ulcers in patients with leprosy. To do this, the dispersed Alloplant biomaterial, previously diluted in a ratio of 500-1000 mg of biomaterial per 5-10 ml of 0.9% saline solution, is infiltrated into the bottom and edges of the ulcer once every 10 days at 5-10 points, from calculation of 1.0-2.0 ml per point of injection in combination with daily local applications of dispersed biomaterial "Alloplant" on the surface of the ulcer in the form of a powder.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve 100% efficiency of healing of trophic ulcers by stimulating the regeneration and uniform growth of granulation tissue with the restoration of the microvasculature and epithelium while shortening the treatment time and the absence of allergic reactions.
