FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used in the development of oil deposits, the production facility of which is represented by at least two productive formations, coinciding in whole or in part in the structural plan, or is layered. The method includes drilling out a reservoir, the reservoir of which consists of at least two productive formations, which coincide completely or partially in the structural plan, or is layered, designing and carrying out hydraulic fracturing, putting wells into operation, selecting the production of formations by producing wells. According to the invention, a reservoir is selected in which the non-reservoir layers separating the productive strata are no more than 50 m thick, after drilling each well is perforated opposite one of the strata, worked out until the water cut of the production reaches at least 5%, then microbiological analysis of bacterial DNA is carried out in the produced fluid of each well, if the bacterial DNA set of one formation differs from another in neighboring wells by more than 5%, hydraulic fracturing of the formation is carried out in the wells in such a way as to create a bond between the layers.
EFFECT: provides an increase in the oil recovery factor of an oil reservoir.
