FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nasal filters and can be used for comfortable stay in places with odours unpleasant for humans. The replaceable nasal filter contains a right and left sections of the frame made by means of press dies and configured to be placed inside the right and the left nostrils. The sections of the frame are configured to be connected by means of a U-shaped bridge through fastenings for the U-shaped bridge. Each section of the frame comprises a fastening element for the U-shaped bridge, a filtering element for medical use made of porous material, an aromatic impregnation layer and an additional fastening configured to be located on the opposite side from the fastening element for the U-shaped bridge.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows providing a possibility of effectively neutralising unpleasant odours of a wide spectrum of origins.
