FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for sampling in two-phase flows; it can be used when assessing the quality of separation of a gas phase at the output of separation plants of an oil-water-gas mixture, measuring the rate of gas condensate wells and in devices for measuring the flow and content of a dispersed phase in two-phase flow. The device can be used, for example, for sampling in two-phase gas flows containing liquid drops in the dispersed phase. The device contains a sampling probe of a sector type with opening doors, a gas separator, a gas flow-meter-counter, a liquid batch box with a level sensor, a controller with a mechanism for controlling doors, and shut-off valves. The sampling probe is installed on a pipeline using a transition branch pipe with a cavity, inside which sliding levers are located connected to doors pivotally fastened in a case and controlled by the mechanism. An opening angle of doors is adjusted, and when the batch box is filled, the sensor outputs a signal to the controller to close them or notifies about the need to change the batch box.
EFFECT: increased representativeness of sampling with the possibility of adjusting the flow and implementing both periodical and continuous sampling.
