SECONDARY ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY PATH WITH REDUNDANCY Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC H02J9/06

Abstract RU 2754919 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the field of electrical engineering for uninterrupted power supply of a group of responsible consumers with a secondary voltage of a given nomenclature, including low-level from the main and backup networks of a DC facility. The secondary power supply path with redundancy contains two automatic switches, two contactors providing connection of the main and backup networks, a service power supply source and a charger with power supply from two networks of the object, a capacitive storage device connected via a key device to one of the inputs of the diode adder, the other two inputs of which are connected to the outputs of the contactors of switching on the main and backup networks, and the output is connected to the bus of a centralized secondary power supply of a number of DC/DC converters, each of them provides power supply to one of the responsible consumers, as well as voltage sensors of the main and backup networks and special monitoring and control schemes that implement an algorithm for the necessary energy support of centralized secondary power supply from a capacitive storage device during a pulse drop and decrease in the voltage of the main network with subsequent switching to power supply from the backup network. Besides, an RD circuit is additionally introduced into the secondary power supply path, which provides blocking of pulse overvoltages from the centralized power supply bus to the input of the capacitive storage device.

EFFECT: improvement in weight and size indicators while reducing energy losses and increasing the stability of secondary power supply voltages of a group of responsible consumers with redundancy from two DC networks.
