In case if the registration state of the printing apparatus in the standard print software of the operating system (OS) and the registration state of the printing apparatus in the print format converting software do not match, the information processing apparatus executes a process for matching between the registration state of the print queue of the printing apparatus in the standard print software of the OS and the registration state of the printing apparatus in the print format converting software.
EFFECT: provided is a possibility of executing printing operations in any format by means of a printer not allowing interpretation of the printed data in a predetermined format supported by the standard print function of the OS.
