FIELD: engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for assembly for welding of rims with shells and can be used in the engineering industry. The device contains a frame with driven roller supports mounted on it, designed to accommodate the assembled product on them. Tension modules consist of a pair of tensioning mechanisms. Each of the tensioning mechanisms contains a welded metal frame with linear guides fixed on it, a carriage and a screw gear, kinematically connected to the flywheel for linear movement of the carriage and its coordination relative to the band on the shell. A pneumatic cylinder with a rod is fixed in the supports on the carriage racks. On the forks of the rod of the pneumatic cylinder, the lugs of the connecting links of the pressure devices are fixed by means of the axes. Each of the hold-down devices comprises a flexible metal structure. The design consists of two identical parts of multi-link elements, consisting of smooth rollers and hollow rollers, step by step connected by intermediate plates. At the ends of the hold-down devices, bent brackets are fixed, forming a single lock.
EFFECT: possibility of carrying out the technological process of assembly without additional centering of the product when installing it for welding.
